Who is responsible
Studio Raris, a design studio based at R. Padre Estevão Pernet, 718 · cj 702 · São Paulo/SP, is responsible for processing the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy matter, write to ola@studioraris.com.br.
What data we collect
Through the contact form, only what you fill in yourself:
- name;
- e-mail address;
- company or project;
- website or Instagram;
- what you need (type of project);
- stage of the business;
- the message you write.
Along with the submission we record the page it was sent from. Your IP address is used temporarily, in memory, only to limit repeated submissions (spam protection).
Through audience measurement (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta Pixel), which is optional and stays off until you accept in the cookie notice: browsing data such as pages visited, device, traffic source and conversions, through cookies and identifiers. Details in the Cookie Policy.
What we use it for
- reply to your message and, if applicable, send a proposal (preliminary steps towards a possible contract, at your request, art. 7, V, LGPD);
- measure site usage and campaign results, only with your consent (art. 7, I, LGPD).
We do not use form data for any other purpose and we do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Form messages are delivered by e-mail to the Studio Raris team members in charge of client enquiries. To do this and to keep the site online we use service providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), to send the e-mail with your message;
- Vercel, to host the site;
- Google and Meta, only if measurement is active and you have consented.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data on servers outside Brazil, including in the United States. In those cases we look for providers that apply safeguards in line with the LGPD.
How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and for any business relationship that results from it, and afterwards for whatever period the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to legal obligations.
Your rights
Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time:
- confirmation that we process your data;
- access to the data;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law;
- data portability;
- deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent;
- information about who we share data with;
- information about the option of not consenting and its consequences;
- withdrawal of consent.

Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and the form has protections against automation and excessive attempts. No system is completely immune to failure, but we handle data with care and limit access to messages to the team in charge.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or the law. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
